The Nursing Staff are great. One of the Gps is just impossible to talk to, the receptionists are dont care. You call up wanting or needing advice and they patronise and show no patience even hang up if dare show the tiniest bit of emotion when you are concerned for your family members and are in distress. They dont care. It seems that your face either fits and you get great service or you dont, it clear my face doesnt fit. I only deal with them for the bare minimum. This is one of the worst gp practices Ive ever had. If I could leave zero stars I could.

Shocked by the reviews! Patient here for 15 ish years and really rate the practice! So much so I'm out the area but dare not leave! I consider myself lucky to not be elsewhere. The reception staff are nothing but helpful. have never rang at 8am for a same day appointment and not got one. The gps do seem to change often which is a shame. Hoping the new building and facilities will keep them because it is very dated. GPS are Always thorough with adults and children and we have been ALOT over years and that's the most important. Dr benjamin really listens and you don't feel like just a number with him, got such a great approach he's so great. Nurses also. Ignore the reviews I don't think people must know how bad it is elsewhere!!

What a hell if a place to find in the first place. It's not in the street it says. It's right next to another medical centre that is advertised. And the wrong one!! This one to get in you have to go down the side of a church, that's fine but it looks such a mess and derelict there's no way you would ever imagine theres a surgery. Inside is clean enough but you have to walk all the way around to get to the reception

Opening times need updating , just tried to call as information states open until 20.00 hrs , answer phone says your closed !

Not happy put in a another prescription only got my brown inhaler no blood pressure tablets not great service
