Ordered table which had 6 week delivery time. Six weeks came and went. Could not get through on phone (mailbox full), no response to email or online contact form. Eventually got a response on Facebook and given owners mobile number. Said he would look into it and get back to me on Monday. After a week I contacted again via whatsapp - ignored me. I sent further messages asking if he could let me know if the order would be fulfilled or not (I hadnt paid any money so happy to go elsewhere). Ignored again. Went elsewhere and obtained the item with first class customer service unlike this place. Avoid! And FYI - manners cost nothing.

Some of there furnitures are made from chip wood thy dont tell you its easily broken. Divan part of the beds are not good either cannot bear weight. Plus the owner Sanj owes me 1000 since 2015 & refused to repay every time theyre unable to find receipt so be careful.

The contracted delivery guys caused some damage to the top of the unit, but Sanj sent his own construction team round to dismantle the top and replace it with new. Their own guys were professional and quick putting blackets down to protect the sideboard and floor. Because it was delivered 24th Dec and we also had to wait for lockdown to end, they gave us compensation back, which took the sting wait out of the situation which was not a fault of theirs. Quality of furniture first class not cheap chipboard. Looks very nice and very accommodation professional and helpful team.

Spent 4.5K with this store over a year ago and more than a year later after many phone calls, texts and emails were still waiting for the damaged dining table to be replaced. Customer Service almost non-existent. Calling into the store gets a response but only a false promise of action.
