Absolutely disgusted with my food order. I vomited after eating my meal. I ordered a vegetarian burger and breaded mushrooms. When eating my mushrooms I found one was chewy. After inspecting my partial chewed food, I found it to be chicken. I am vegetarian and havent eaten meat for 30 years. After eating this, I then felt very nauseous and ended up vomiting. This is a serious cross contamination of food and can cause health risks by cross contamination of meat and items labelled as vegetarian
