Embrace Sexual Health Service

Terrible lying unhelpful receptionist staff. Dont understand why these people are in the job. Are you telling me that everyone needs tge service. You can never get an appointment at this clinic. All staff need to be sacked .

Very unhelpful receptionist, advised me to return to where service was done for it to be reversed. I'm not aware of such law that I must return to where I had service for it's reversal.

If I could give 0 I would. Had an appointment to have implant out 2 weeks ago. Turn up to find out its just a chat about to have it out why I need to have a chat about having something removed out my own body is a joke got told next available dates are in March but dates havent been released yet got told someone will be in contact.. its been 2 weeks I call this morning for the lady to state that have no record of me and that it stated Im waiting for the implant to be fitted. Firstly how can you have no record of me but then say Im down for the implant to be put in? Ive had the implant in for and year and a few months. I stated all I want todo is book an appointment to have it removed as I have my yellow paper confirming Ive had my chat to say I want it removed out my own body. Then said the doctors havent sent my paper work over so cant book an appointment. How is it sir difficult to have something removed out my own body!!!! Its a joke !! Will be processing a complaint further !
