        Similar situation like others. We had a quote from Keith, said he couldnt start the job until another 6 months due to back log, which was understandable. Contacted him several months later to confirm start date, but once again he couldnt give us a date. We add a succession of excuses and no communication. We just wanted a genuine answer about his ability to do the work. Unfortunately, we gave up and was massively let down by Keith. Definitely would not recommend you waste your time in contacting him or the company. Dishonest time waster.

        Had quote by Keith in March was happy with price. Few alarm bells though said work would be carried out middle of may but couldn't give exact date which is odd never even put it in a diary. Tried contacted again beginning of May to see if I could get a date but no reply, contacted again asking if they could confirm a date but no reply. Annoyed isn't the word I could if got the work done by now by someone else but everyone is booked up.
