        Would have left zero stars but google wont let me, used this firm for conveyancing a commercial property purchase, took 7 months to complete the solicitor does not listen to your concerns but likes to do things her own way, sometimes you wont get a response for ten days then when you do its back to square 1 be prepared to send your identification documents twenty times to them, the price they charge will vary mine was 1500 over priced to complete when challenged became 1500 less, they dont give a monkeys about the stress or how much you have spent just focus on small little details that didnt bother me, their is a reason why they are cheap I wish I had read other reviews first!! Overall conclusion dont use them Ive nearly had a nervous breakdown listening to lies and excuses and ignorance beyond belief
