        Mr Rowland first said I didnt send the house address via WhatsApp? Even thou his picture is on there with the message seen. He then said he wanted to fit the thermostat during the day, but there was nobody home before 3. He then said take it or leave it, and then decided to walk out. We had no heating for days in the freezing cold and were messed about. I would not recommend him to anyone. Service: Thermostat repair
