Have not got a clue how to manage prescriptions, every month we have to chase repeat prescriptions because they don't send them to the chemist until you run out. Could not manage a party in a brewery

Originally I called the center asking for inhaler, the receptionist told me to go to the pharmacy and ask them to send a request then we will send your prescription to them or come to the medical center and we will issue your prescription, I walked in to center and explained to the receptionist that I was told to come to the center for my prescription, the receptionist spoke to someone else at the back and then asked me to bring in the inhaler which I was using, I brought it in and now she is asking to prove it if that was s given to me, luckily I had the original box for the inhaler which stated my name and nhs number on Now they are asking me to come at 7:55 to book an appointment with Doctor and insisted that I might not be able to book an appointment due to higher demand for Doctors appointments and still give it a try I asked if I can get any available appointment they said we have only limited appointments available and they will be released in the morning Okay thanks for all the hard work you are doing we appreciate it I have spent nearly half hour speaking to a professional person Explaining what I need I found them like marketing their side of the hard ship instead they could save my time and spend their time to see more patients I am not been given clear directions without booking appointment with a Doctor This is my experience of moving from one area to another and changing family Doctor I think this medical center need help in terms of management.

Made an appointment online for my covid jab, waited in all morning for my booked time only to arrive 10mins early and waited half an hour after as they had people walking in as well off the street without appointments, won't be going there again
