        Coton Care has been an amazing stepping stone for me. I have learnt so much from my time being employed here. They have definitely set me up to able be to progress on in my career. Management are supportive and fair. In my experience with this company If you put In the effort and have a good working attitude and ethics you see the rewards.

        Been with the company 4 years. Did my apprenticeship with them which was at Coton Grange , really supportive lovely working environment, management really open alway there for your support. Went off for a year due to being on maternity leave now have returned and its like Ive never been back very welcoming, supportive. Really are pleased with my job role here, now working at Coton house and wouldnt change it

        Went for a 2nd interview the boss was very rude bad attitude said on job post training given but wasn't the case very rude
