Disgusting customer received by Tanya from the mens department. employee number 562444. She had an attitude problem, she spoke with no respect and customer service was disgusting truly a disgrace to the store. Told the manager and will be making a formal complaint to head office.

This shop is way too big for me, built over 2 floors and it's just huge. You could get lost and spend a lot of money in here. If you're doing an online buy from these and a return to store and it's from a third party, they won't deal with your return, they'll send you to the other business i.e.. brought trainers for my little boy from house of Fraser online but they sent me to sports direct for a return.. who knew!? I think I'll just stick to buying from the third party businesses any way, a lot cheaper and saves a lot of hassle.. this shop isn't for me unfortunately

We tried to buy a photo frame for a wedding gift today, the assistant barely spoke when we asked for help to buy. She radioed her manager and didnt communicate with us what was happening. She then gave us the photo frame and said sorry theres no box and told us where to pay. She gave us the photo frame from the shelf and didnt even try to get us a new one. She seemed overwhelmed by having to do a simple task and was completely disinterested. We left the shop without buying anything in the end.

My husband was WRONGLY ACCUSED OF SHOPLIFTING today. We were shopping with our two CHILDREN who were distraught when their dad was being accused of stealing a Hugo boss bottle. When the police found nothing on him the staff in the store said he may have passed it onto me!! Nothing was found! NO APPOLOGY GIVEN, rude and abrupt staff who clearly can't see. Even the MANDER CENTRE security guards were SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED at how we were being accused. Our two children standing there CRYING was heartbreaking. Other reviews on here have said how they FELT LIKE CRIMINALS in there, being followed and approached. Shop elsewhere because that store is a DISGRACE with the most stuck up staff I've ever come across!
