Ednam Road Surgery

Such an incompetent surgery where they are forcing you to come in for a face to face appt when you have a contagious skin condition. Cant afford to take time off work and was told if I dont want to take time off work for my health it is up to me. Sent the pharmacist a picture of the issue and she still wanted to see me in person to prescribe. I explained I wouldnt be comfortable given the nature of the issue but she pushed and pushed and pushed. Phoned again to complain the receptionist I spoke to at the Whitmore Reans surgery was rude and just straight up arrogant (also the one who made the remark about my health and work). They hardly have any doctors in - this is a pharmacist surgery, not a GP surgery. Its 2023 and this GP surgery doesnt even have Zoom calls for patients who are unable to visit/have high anxieties. Disgusting behaviour and would not recommend at all. Will be switching soon.

Dr Vij is a vile person, very rude, unprofessional, arrogant, ignorant. Shouldnt be allowed to be a doctor or a landlord hes not fit for either profession and hes a thief

Visited today, today reception staff was very helpfull and kind.

Doctors are helpful but the reception staff are so rude one cannot imagine. These are miserable personalities who looks like not happy with their Job.
