        Reception staff unnecessarily rude. Extremely dismissive with zero empathy. I was calling about a mental health issue and felt like crying after the call. Please hire more compassionate staff.

        Very pleased with the surgery had appointment saw dr sent me for X-ray at hospital and dr rang me to give me my results dr was lovely explained well to me definitely recommend the surgery
