Been waiting 9 days for repeat prescription still not done,cant get appointment,dont answer phone absolute shambles

Over the years I always respected this surgery and the team within it back when it was DR Morgans and partners. Now I find the surgery especially its obnoxious receptionists horrible to attend, trying to get an appointment itself is impossible with the receptionists they have, not all the receptionists are terrible the original receptions who still work there are always a pleasure and same can be said about the original doctors, but sadly this surgery has gone very down hill over time! I will soon be looking for a new surgery, I would have done it long before now if it wasnt for the good ones and the fact I do not drive! Lastly the nurses are all fantastic they dont get far enough credit for what they do!

Is it possible to make appointment by phone? Seems mission impossible... Just nobody answer phone... In the morning - you are 15th on the line... Aftetnoon time - they just not pick up phone... Was on the line 17 minutes...
