        I saw Helen for a while - she was great. Really helped me go through the things I needed to in an organised way which helped me understand and get through a lot. I really liked how she was able to help me reflect and get deeper into the problems I was having to better understand and process them. Definitely recommend if you want to actually deal with your issues properly instead of just surface level treatments like CBT or other counsellors who dont get deeper into the issues!

        I HAD THERAPY WITH HELLEN FOR 8 MONTHS. And I felt WORSE and WORSE! She forced me to mediate, add salt in my room to get rid of negative energy!! Told me I had demon in me! I ended up having insomnia for 4 months after I left! Only thing that help me is calling on Jesus Christ!! He removed my mental health problems in days!! DONT GO!!!! Pray to Jesus!
