        Nice bookshop and stationery, arts and crafts. So much stuff in here! Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy.

        I use to come here quite regular. Always well stocked and the staff are usually fabulous. Well kept shop. But it's put me off coming here after overhearing a member of staff being quite rude about a customer, if I remember right his name is James (this was a wee bit back). This is not acceptable behaviour. But other than this member of staff the rest are lovely, especially Jim who helped me out the one day. Great guy! Mandy is also a lovely lady. I've started using the Works in Codsall now which is easier for me anyways without going all the way into wolves. Other than this problem it's a great little shop.

        Helpful, polite and patient members of staff. I could not find what I was looking for instore I asked a member of staff and the product was in the store. If unsure always ask.
