My last appointment was awfully slow (2 hours), they only had 2 trained staff on, but they generally seem understaffed. The optician (name forgotten) seemed very unsure and took over an hour then the staff that ordered glasses had to get told how to do it (despite her being shadowed by a new staff member) and only ever took one quick measurement to order my 3 pairs of glasses with 2 different frames.
