        Absolutely appalled by the service my 82 year old mother was given when she arrived for an appointment today following the text message she recieved. She was shown no compassion but just told to make another appointment. She came home very upset and in pain due to the amount of walking she had to do.

        Seen today by an excellent Optometrist she was very thorough with her examination. She listened to the problems I was having with my left eye and booked me in for further investigations. Thank you so much for your professional service.
