Unfortunately I have had a number of injurys over the years and have required physio. I cant recommend this place enough, Julia and Rachael are fantastic. They got me seen quickly and got me back up on my feet in no time. I wouldnt use any one else, they have a wealth of knowledge and answered all of questions. Thanks again !

Julia is a first-rate physiotherapist who I can highly recommend. I have had appointments with Julia over a number of years due to various different problems. Her professionalism, personality and caring manner always puts me at ease enabling me to describe and discuss my symptoms with her. Julia always listens, observes, and investigates in order to make an accurate assessment, then uses hands-on techniques to locate the source of the problem and alleviate the pain. She always explains what she is doing and why and always gives clear instructions for exercises and/or stretches that can be done at home for which I am always grateful. Julia is extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent practitioner. Again, I can highly recommend.

I was lucky enough to find Julia 10 years ago now for help with chronic back and neck pain. Following an MRI scan & diagnosis she came up with a treatment plan to get on top of my pain and manage it through regular physiotherapy sessions & exercises. It was such a relief to finally find someone who could help. Shes also treated many family members from my daughter who suffered with sciatica in pregnancy to my husband who had a frozen shoulder following a stroke. Julia is such a kind, caring person who goes above and beyond to offer the best possible treatment for her clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
