        Dont waste your money with them. I purchased a few thing from them and when I wrote about poor quality of their non stick ceramic pan, no response after many email reminders. Shame on you for cheating customers and providing non existing customer service.

        Placed order and money taken immediately. Following day order was cancelled due to stock discrepancy. 14 days for return of money. Appalling.

        Purchased Kuhn Rikon 5-in-1 Automaster Can Bottle Opener on Ebay from Kuhn Rikon direct, after several day was contacted by PayPal to say my account had been refunded. Seller selling items they no longer have and then not having the good grace to even advise buyers, very very poor customer service.
