The doc are giving wrong tablets to a high risk pregnant person and there reception is rude

When I first joined the surgery the staff were very good. Not Now! Today, a man I've never heard of/spoken to called me & said "Do you want to speak to someone about the trouble you're having with your neighbours?" He then mentioned things I've NEVER told anyone @ the surgery about! He said he'd made an appt. with someone..!

I first time see how the reception speak like that rude with custumer, 0 respect for pacient, pacient calling for problem without reason no one call, and when to call them they almost say why you calling your fine or we dont can help

Been going here since they opened way back. sine dr Ahmed has lowered his hours. The other doctors are a wast of time apart from the two nurses you have a time to see doctors like 4pm and you dont get in till 5:39pm or something time 6pm and they dont care at all even if you have to cancel an appointment which the dentist and you have to pay a cancellation fee 75 because they are late and no way to compensate. Can you for it. Receptionist as wasnt of time they got rid of the best one (Nathan) he would bend over backwards to help everyone. Not fit for purpose anymore.
