    We had a Viessmann Vitodens 050 and a Drayton Wiser wireless thermostat control installed the end of last month. The prices for both are very reasonable compared to other companies we had in for quotes. Ahmad who came to give us a quote did not try to push us to buy what not needed. He gave a straightforward quote: a total price of Viessmann Vitodens 050, a smart controler, a magnetic filter, a limescale reducer, a flue, installation, disposal of the old unit and clean the central heating system. Quick and easy to understand unlike others that itemised everything even the length of copper pipes would be used to make it look expensive! The lead time was excellent too. It was only one week. Raj and Alex came early on the day and finished the installation at the end of the day. They went an extra mile to ensure the job was done properly. We did not have a radiator drain valve, they advised us to go and get one and installed it for us. Within 10 days after the installation, we received the warranty from Viesmann via email. Long story short, very happy with the service! Service: Heating system installation

    Left rubbish outside my door step, and it's still here, installer not happy doing the job over pay dispute with your company, then tries to spin off that i wasn't willing to help move furniture in the house as an excuse to walk out the job, i think his name was Jacob on the phone was having a hard time believing me, I'm the paying customer here. Very unprofessional. Originally wanted the boiler in the kitchen, instead of saying not a problem it can be done, you wanted the lazy way out and installed it where the copper tank was, didn't even give me an option, I've spoke to other gas fitters since saying it could have been done easily, i feel ive been let down badly. no registered guarantee has been sent through the post or email as promised by your gas fitters who said "someone at the office will". You guys are quick to take the money though, won't be using you guys again, and I'll feed it back to Veismann. Service: Heating system installation

    I had Viessmann boiler fitted by Heating improvements Just before Christmas. Superb service throughout. From a comprehensive and competitive quote by Jake, who answered all my questions so that I could make informed decisions about the job, to Sanraj who did the installation. He had a nightmare of an installation because of the previous boiler installer and his bad workmanship. His attention to detail and work ethic was great, and did an excellent job. He left my kitchen spotless and all rubbish was removed the next day as agreed. Also, I had follow up calls the next day to check if I was happy with the work and received warranty documentation etc the same day. Very impressed, and many thanks to all concerned.     * Pre-sale The entire team worked very well to get my job done quickly and efficiently. Particular thanks to Jacob (quotation) and Abdul (job). The job itself was done very cleanly and well. Guys managed to find a way to run pipes that were hidden from view which shows that they are not only there to do the "job" but also to advise and find the best solution. * Post-sale After the job was complete, we have discovered a couple of faults. The 1st one was the boiler needed a new part; Jacob managed to organise a warranty visit very quickly. 2nd was related to the piping that needed adjusting as the PRV was discharging every time the water was heating up. The fault was fixed after two weeks by rearranging the piping for the expansion vessel. Warranty work takes a lot of time to complete and requires multiple calls
