        Brought an item. Discovered it to be faulty. Returned within 4 hours of original purchase. Refused return. Spoke to manager. Refused return. Clearly consumer rights means nothing to these people. Avoid this place and use Amazon instead.

        Dont shop here go to another toy shop as faulty goods wont be honoured with a refund , even though it states on receipts that proof of purchase within 30 days is their policy ! staff take it upon themselves to leave children with useless pieces of plastic AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
