House Mates Student Accomodation Wolverhampton

Poor, unreliable, and unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I was working for them temporarily to help them clean some of the houses they have under their management. And they basically fired me without letting me know. Completely unprofessional. Me and my friends lived in one of the houses on Waterloo Road and it was awful. The agents are unreliable, unprofessional and inexperienced. The house had several faults: damp, basement flooding and electricity cutting out numerous times a day. The worst part is you had to go into the flooded basement to switch the electricity back on through the fuse box. Another house under their management had rats from the first day - as I know because my friends lived in that house.

DO NOT USE HOUSEMATES. The only word I would use to describe Housemates is SHOCKING. I have never experienced such a horrendous service in my life. Our house was in an APPALLING state with a flooded basement, an old worn out interior and faulty electrics. Communicating with them is even worse, you let them know about an issue and they ignore you. There was toxic black mould in rooms that was a result of the flooded basement but it was so big deal to house mates. These are just some on the issues we encountered with housemates that were never resolved. They are also horrifically rude and unprofessional. They have no concern for tenant safety or well being. Dont waste your time or money.

Marie and her team really look after all her students and landlords. She's being doing this for years going back to when she worked for the Uni.

Weve been using Housemates services for more than 2 years and we are absolutely satisfied with them. They responded to all of our problems really fast. I could recommend it to anyone.

Great service from housemates, nice old house with an ace location. as with any old house it had a few issues but housemates swiftly resolved any problems we had, so we stayed for a 2nd year. Would recommend housemates to any current students
