I've been to most Jamaican takeaways in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas and would rank them: 1. Scotch Bonnet. 2. Mrs Brown's Kitchen (No physical shop. JustEat and Uber orders only) 3. Troy's Caribbean Bilston Rd. 4. Pimento Bar and Grill (Walsall). 5. Belfoots Rasta Kitchen (could be higher. Only been there once and it was nice). 6. Mammees. 7. Island Bay / Pon De Corna. (Both in Bilston about 100ft from each other. Been twice to both and was just OK but not great). 8. Camesas / Aunt Sally's. (Both on Broad Street. Surviving on name and location alone because food has never been that good. Curry goat like soup or broth with gooey fatty meat) List based on curry mutton and jerk chicken - that's all I order. Can't speak for oxtail, ackee and the rest. If you're around Wolverhampton and are considering Jamaican food stick to the top 5 you can't go wrong.
