I have called upon Richard a number of times over the years to get me out of the tecky doo doo and thankfully every time , he has . Recently , my aging lap top was suffering several ailments and it was time to repair or say goodbye . Richard came to see it ,I told him my predicament and after a short discussion I decided to let it go .He offered to supply and install a new , more suitable device at a very reasonable price . It was with me within a couple of days and he came and installed it right away . His service is second to none and the new device is absolutely spot on . I really couldn`t recommend him any higher . Thanks very much Richard.

After having the worst day of my life when my pc decided to suddenly stop working (any gamers will understand) i was advised to contact Richard, and i was NOT! disappointed at all!! i have nothing but nice words to say about him! Richard went above and beyond to help me on such short notice he managed to fix my computer and have it back to me within no more than a couple hours ! He is professional, considerate and really cares about his customers and profession! I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received, i would highly recommend to anyone! And should i ever have any pc problems again i shall be sure to contact him in the future- thank you Richard!

I made contact with Richard at Perton PC a few months ago on a weekend and he was able to resolve my IT problem immediately. I have called Richard recently to again help me with some IT issues and he was able to help guide and offer me excellent support. I would highly recommend Richard at Perton PC, he is very professional, trustworthy and great value for money. I would highly recommend Richard :)

Richard Responded within an hour of calling and visited within a day or so of asking. I had forgotten what to do with all the start up features of W11 so as not to be overloaded with the unwanted ads etc. Richard arrive promptly and within an hour or so all was up and running. I believe with the Professional approach Richard has saved me hours over the next year or so with avoiding the potential rubbish we can unwittingly download and this was coupled with Good Quality advice while we were working, I also had some good tips about inks which will also make savings, so that makes for excellent Good Value. Overall, well worth the 5 stars Thank you
