Twinkle Toes Baby Goods

Brought a buggy from here 2/2/23 took it back today as the back wheels are sticking/feel like rubbing on something not Evan had it a month and the bloke that was in there was very rude would not swap it or refund ...telling me to send it off could be without a pram for 2 weeks changed from leaving it today to bring it back Friday afternoon which would be 3/3/23 so the receipt would be out then.. wouldn't recommend this place at all

We visited this store to purchase a 3 in 1 travel system, the customer service was outstanding, I believe the colleagues name was Monica, she really spent the time to go through all the features of the pram and showed us all the options of the different brands avaliable. Can't recommend this place enough!

I would highly recommend this shop, I went today for a travel system and almost immediately found one which was perfect, and to my pleasant surprise they also sold the buggy board and seat which I'd been wanting but wasn't expecting to get either in store or within my budget. The service was fantastic the lady who saw to us was very warm and friendly and more than happy to help which made us feel really welcome and added to what was already proving to be a very positive experience. Back home and over the moon with my purchases SO glad we visited this store!

Staff are wonderful and helpful, lovely prams just wasn't keen on the car seat they felt cheap and plastic but the prams are lush and we ended up buying a twin one
