I ordered click and collect the order said it would take 1 hour to be ready so I made my way from Walsall to Wolverhampton to collect it in time before it closed. I got there just after the hour with 15minutes till closing time and the doors were locked. The staff looked at me and continued talking to each other. A lady opened the door and said we are closing in 15 minutes, I said okay I just came to collect my click and collect it won't take long. She asked if I received the confirmation email and I said no but it has been over an hour and its bank holiday tomorrow she said that it won't be in stock so I have to wait for my email. I told her I checked and it is in stock I just need the 2 items. its just tissue paper and a cricut mat I can grab them myself. She then shouted out to her colleague. This lady has got a click and collect order but didn't wait for her email can you sort it out. With an attitude in front of the store. Making me look unreasonable for wanting 2 items with 15 min left. I got my items and the lady that collected them told me how much of an inconvenience it was for her to get 2 things that are in stock on the shelves! I was so mad. But embarrassed that I had been spoken too like a child. I go into this store regularly as I don't have one in my city I go in once a week and thought I would try click and collect for once. Never again. Quicker to do it myself. Very disappointed
