        Failed to deal with any of the failures in healthcare I brought to their attention, despite a meeting with Sarah Fellows, Andrew Chapani and Lisa Murray last October 23rs. They have refused to speak or write or do anything that may commit or indict themselves to the extent that now even gross misconduct by Jagdish Patel (social worker) is permitted to go entirely unchecked.
