The food is good but the service is shambolic. On one instance, we made two separate orders for delivery but only one order came. We went to the shop and the staff werent very helpful. Eventually we had to contact Uber Eats to sort it out. Another time we placed an order for collection, when we got home it was missing a whole item. When I went back to the store, the staff was adamant that he had checked it before, but clearly there was a whole item missing. He even said that I seem to have issues with orders (even though none were my fault). Please be mindful and careful, check your order in front of them before you leave. Look at the other reviews, theres no coincidence there is a similar pattern. If the food was not good I would definitely have said avoid this place. Its a shame as the owners must have a high regard for their business, however they really do need to sort out their processes in terms of quality assurance and customer service.

Disappointed on two occasions now. Orders always seem to be missing sides and customer service to resolve is no existent.
