        The service provide by both the visiting carers and the live in was exceptional I live away from the area and so it was difficult for me to get involved with any problems they were experiencing but the carers were prepared to sort it out The live in carers became part of the family even to the extent they were mentioned in my sisters eulogy I cannot recommend them highly enough

        I booked a appointment to assess what care was needed for my mother. Nobody showed up, no follow up call, nothing. A very poor experience. I'm wondering, would they even come regularly if I had arranged anything?
