I'm stunned at the negative reviews. This courier is always early. Tracking is as good as Amazon. They even call you 30 mins before. What more can I say ? Used twice so far, flawlessly !

I had a great service with this company, I was informed an hour before delivery that they were on their way. Once they arrived they were very courteous and polite and used care with my furniture.

Absolutely horrendous got a bed delivered and was supposed to install time was 6 till 9 a bit late for my kids but went with it 2 men arrived clearly English is not first language my husband helped them carry pieces in they was upstaibanging about for 1.5 hrs to come down and say they don't know what they are doing can't read instructions they are leaving, leaving us with no bed to sleep on late at night and just seemed to laugh at us they also damaged the bed, then 2 nights later 4 men turn up at 9 at night in a white van presumably to re build the bed but we launched a complaint to dfs who sent 2 sales assistants from there store to build our bed the day after the failed build. Absolutely disgusting not to mention how late they try to come. We have launched a complaint about the service and damage

They delivered a bed from Sweet Dreams, which I ordered from DFS. They unpacked the headboard outside and dragged it over wet ground, so one side of it was soaked. They then roughly manhandled it up the stairs, knocking into the paintwork and leaving scuffs on the walls. Then they decided without properly trying that the headboard would not fit over the top of the stair rail, and took it back downstairs, leaving it in the hall. They then took the rest of the bed upstairs and left it unassembled in the bedroom, in spite of assuring me that they would assemble it as far as they could. Then they lied to me again, telling me that the manufacturer would supply an alternative headboard that would fit over the rail in a few days even though they were in no position to give such an assurance. After they left, we inspected the headboard and found paint, scuffs and damp fabric from their abuse. We also managed to get the headboard up the stairs and into the room without any trouble. I called the delivery drivers back, but they refused to return to complete the assembly, stating that the job was now closed and it would be up to another team. So they left us in a complete mess, with an unassembled and damaged bed and a pile of packaging that we had to dispose of at our time and cost. I will be contacting Sweet Dreams and DFS to make them aware of these cowboys and to urge them to look at using a professional delivery agent in the future. I will also ensure that I do not order from any companies that contract their deliveries out to this outfit.
