I have only worked with this company a month now but it was the best thing I did . There is so much support and progression here within this company ,I couldnt ask for anything better .Both the manager and the directors of the company are lovely and very supportive. The support and care each client gets with in this company is brilliant, they go above and beyond.i would highly recommend Mancroft Health Care to anyone for either a career as a support worker or support/care for a relative.

I can't express how I feel for a company to be as sensitive. I feel so loved as I experience a great level of team work. A company that places value on best practices, provides individual attention for clients. Well done!! Keep that energy going...

I would be careful before exepting a job of this company they employed me i have a letter to prove this i have a clear dbs and good refrences i gave in my notice to my job as i had been employed by mancroft to get home to a letter saying the job was no longer avalable they put me out of work what they av done is totally moraly illegal
