Always used the Warstones Rd- Penn store for my boys uniforms since the start of their school years. Plus brought their cubs/scouts uniforms too over the years. Now both in secondary school & still buying from there for them both. Always had great service even when super busy & always found quality to be very good. The embroidery is always bang on & had done while we wait before now too. Lovely staff who go out of their way. I once did a big back to school shop for both boys & while paying had unknowingly left my mobile on the counter & gone home. My hubby had a call from my phone from a staff member to say I'd left my phone there. They kept it safe for me till I could collect it. Great customer service & I was very greatful

I have been shopping at the Penn store for about 10 years now. I have 3 children (one in secondary and two in primary) and have always been happy with the service I have received. Any issues I have had have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently and Ive also taken advantage of the embroidery service offered, which Ive always been really pleased with. I will be in store again soon for summer uniform and again early Summer ready for September. Thank you for being superb
