Lots of times my completion was pushed back due to them not assessing the vehicle properly so missed that extra parts needed vehicle had to go to main dealer on more than one occasion before the repair was completed due to the staff not having the right skill set or equipment
Broken promises on when my van will be delivered no communication and Phil at the Wolverhampton branch is the rudest man I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with I have still not got my van back so can't comment on repairs yet but don't hold much hope
