The management send inexperienced carers out to extremely vulnerable individuals most who have just been discharged from hospital so there care needs have changed.
The carers have little or no experience of administration of medicine and miss or do not give essential meds, they have little or no experience of catheter care so this is missed, and many times no care plan is in place until 2 to 3 days after setting up the care package. I reported them to CQC as I was so concerned.
