We had this company block pave our back garden to make it wheelchair friendly. Our initial contact was Clive who helped us plan and cost the job. He remained supportive throughout. We had a team of 3 workers - Mike, Wolf and Glen. They were so friendly, professional, hard working, punctual and always tidied up after them each day. If we were to have any future jobs done, I would have these lovely men back in a heartbeat. We later received a phone call from Nigel to ask how satisfied we were. He was lovely to chat to and very friendly.

I would not say they are cheap but, pay cheap pay twice. I first met Matthew Cox in Morrisons who is a charming young man with a good work ethic who gave me lots of information regarding the guttering which I needed to replace urgently. So I had a salesman, a surveyor and 2 nice polite men come and do the job as they had a cancellation almost immediately. Keiron went to a lot of trouble to release some cabeling which was knotted up above my existing damaged guttering. I will now be able to paint behind it on the thermal cladding and make the cable less noticeable by moving it to between us and the neighbour's property. I was so grateful for that. In fact Pete, I think it was, the salesman had given me good advice regarding some rising damp I had and how to treat it which I was happy about that too and it has worked. Sadly I then had the misfortune to speak over the phone to someone who had attitude. I feelt he was trying to pressure me and in doing so was quite rude. A few days later he phoned again and I suspected it was him. I did tell him he needs to speak to customers in a respectable way. Anyway let's see how it goes when I eventually get the back of the house done. Nearly always a bad apple can spoil things sadly! Service: Gutter installation
