I made my first trip about a week ago to this store, as it late opening hours, even though I live some distance away. I was met by Sue who helped me choose and buy my paints. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way by taking time to explain everything and the promotions they had on them. She was friendly, professional and very approachable. My second trip, a week later happened when I needed some more paint of same colour mix. I originally went to a local Dulux Centre in Walsall where I just wasted my time as they said they cant get the same mix and had to go to the original store. That was another 25 minutes trip to Bilston. But I was so glad I went there. This time Paul jumped straight away into action. He also was very knowledgeable and went on to explain that the stores are linked via wifi so the same mix can be provided by any store. Clearly I felt I didnt need to go all that way to Bilston as Walsall should have been able to meet my needs. But Iam glad i did and will go there again and again. Both Sue and Paul are very customer focused and deliver an Excellent Professional Service. Thank you both. I think other stores could learn a lot from you both in delivering top class customer experience.
