      • VELVET BLEND

        Ive been waiting over 1 month for my stickers. First time when I bought it came with in a week! Now theyre not even replying back to me. They need to get reported to the police. Money scammers!

        Do not use this company Ive been waiting over 3 months for labels. I was sent half of my order end of January (they didnt realise it wasnt the full order) after a month/2 month of waiting After contacting them its taken them so long to print the other half they still havent sent me the other half. The labels came out green and not the colour I wanted. The finish was incorrect The information I provided to them was lost and resent multiple times. They cannot get labels right and Im having to deal with incorrect labels to start a new business. I started talking to them in December 2021 and had made orders. Unprofessional and lack of apology/empathy having to wait to start my business. Avoid.

        Saw an advert on Facebook and ordered some stickers from them. I had limited time to print and receive them as these stickers wasn't in my plan but surprisingly they printed them and posted them next day and I received them just day after. Also I should mention my order wasn't even for 10 but once I get the quotation from them they did followed up my order and asked if I wants to go ahead. Called few other competitors (because this wasn't in my budget) and after I told them my quantity they started work out the price and didn't even bother to do my order . But SD print was more than happy to help me with my limited budget and limited time scale. Spoke to Dwayne and you Don't believe me his customer service skills he got. What a great person..! who thinks and help to support small business women like me. The quality of the stickers were outstanding and I have no idea how they do it for that price. Definitely recommend them and I am placing my future orders with them too.
