        Chris is an outstanding practitioner and instructor. Training is hard, fun and most importantly useful. Everyone trains together no matter what level you are at. Thoroughly recommend.

        A superb workout but most importantly professional structured teaching in a friendly environment. A mixture of ages, genders and abilities catered for with all pupils supporting one another whilst encouraging progression. A gem of a find for me, I try to never miss a session.

        Would recommend to anyone. Realistic training! No YouTube Sy-Fy. Although i've only been there for a few weeks I would recommended it to anyone who wishes to get a CONFIDENCE boots, STAMINA, a way to defend themselves and differentiate between situations ( self awareness of surroundings), and even networking. Do not attend if you are Bruce Willis/Chuck Norris/or Jean Claude Van Damme you'll get your a** kicked :)
