A.W Kickboxing

I have had my ups and downs at AW kickboxing but it has been amazing everytime. I want to thank the team for pushing me through and without them, i wouldnt be where i am today. Last year i was severely unfit and weak. I started my journey kickboxing and have managed to lose nearly 3 stone in weight. i passed my police fitness test today and i am overwhelmed with how far i have come. For anyone that has any fitness goals, AW Kickboxing is the way to go! Its challenging and tough but the benefits are amazing. I have met so many cool people and enjoy every session i attend. Thankyou AW kickboxing, you have helped me more than you know!

My first try at kickboxing and it couldnt have gone better. I was pretty nervous going in but I was immediately welcomed by trainers and members alike. I had someone explaining what was going on the whole way through. The head coach checked in with me several times during the evening. I worked harder than Ive ever done, and have been stiff and sore for a week, but its what I needed. Knowing that I achieved something in the very first class has kept me motivated on other projects all week - its been fantastic. Cant wait for the next class.
