Jim does a fantastic job, I had a failed zip, to which I sent it down to SPLR and he turned it around in a few weeks and you wouldnt even know which one was broke will be using SPLR from now on! 5**

Got in touch with Jim after seeing his page and reviews on the web. Had silly quotes from some for a bag refurbishment, more than the cost of the bag. Arranged to take it to Jim, left it with him and paid at the time, because I felt at ease and every confidence he was going to do a correct job.
