We used Imperial Law to move house last year - if I could give 0 stars I would. It seems to be 1 person who works here and they never reply to emails, or keep you updated on the process. I had to chase regularly to find out what was going on, and was told by estate agents and the person buying our house when things holding up the process were from our side. I did not enjoy working with this firm - they made the house buying process 10x more stressful. Its been 4 months since we moved house and only just settled everything.

They are not very reliable bases on my understanding. I have called them in the past for advice. After calling them many times when finally someone answered he said oh I forgot about your case.

Imperial Law made sure the process of buying our first house went as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Definitely a 5 star service provided and will certainly be using them again if we move home!
