        If I could give a 0 I would. Dropped off my coat over a week ago, told how important it was that I had it back and if they couldnt do it Id rather them tell me so I could take it elsewhere. Been to collect today as promised and has just been sitting on the rail for over a week, not covered , gathered dust even though I explained it was an expensive coat and to please take care of it. It had also not been done because its real fur? Im sure thats why you taken these coats to dry cleaners. I would stop advertising that you are e a dry cleaners and I would also suggest you take contact numbers of your customers before letting them leave the shop, considering I even offered to leave my contact number and got refused.
