I contacted Spencer and Co for a quote. Paul gave me a quote and a date that work would commence. Dan and his team arrived on the agreed date and by the end of the first day all trees, plants, and walls had been removed. My garden looked like a building site for a few days but day by day I could see my garden taking shape. After a couple of days I asked for a quote to replace my fence panels and gate. This was not a problem or inconvenience to them. Nor were any other requests that I asked for. Paul and Dan just wanted me to be happy with my garden and were willing to do anything to ensure that I was. The team they had working for them (males and female) were amazing and so hard working, friendly and professional. My garden took two weeks to fully transform. I have had a porcelain slab patio area, artificial lawn, beautiful corner bench area, corner planter area, and to finish it off remote controlled water feature and lights. Omg it looks amazing. I honestly can not recommend Spencer and Co enough. Will definitely be using them for any future projects. Thank you so much Paul, Dan and your wonderful team. I cannot recommend Spencer & Co enough from first contact to the end result they have just blown us away. We were sadly ripped off in lockdown and were desperate to replace our garden. The work they promised has been delivered and has been done to the highest standard - the guys and girls on the job worked extremely hard and were always on time, professional and great from start to finish - they have created a garden space that we are so proud of and it is stunning. I followed this company for some time on Facebook and came to the conclusion that these were the guys I wanted to transform my garden. Id been unable to maintain my outside space for quite some time and it was literally an urban jungle! Paul came and assessed the job and it didnt phase him how much work would be involved. He was honest and explained exactly what I could expect within my agreed budget. I was also given a start date during the assessment. Wellwhat can I say? Spencers went above and beyond their commitment to giving me my outside space back. Nothing was too much trouble and I was given the assurance that if I had any concerns following completion; that I shouldnt hesitate to give them a call! Peace of mind, a wonderful outside space that I plan to use with my family and grandchildren, and a vast improvement to my property! Id recommend this company to anyone all day long.
