If I could give them none I would. Customer service up there with the worst considering I was purchasing the car it felt like they were doing me the favour by giving out a direct line contact so I wouldnt have to spend 45 minutes on a switchboard going around in circles twice trying to resolve paperwork so that I could pick up the car from them. . Think Ill move to Mercedes.

My husband wanted a velar and our regular range rover dealer ship,after nearly 4 days had not got back to us, so luckily a good friend found us the actual car which we have bought. The communication and efficency from start to finish has been fantastic. @andreaa-roxana tutunaru has dealt with us from start to finish and even delivered our car to us along with flowers, fizz, chocolates and a lovely card. She was very professional and knowledgeable and polite. She is an absolute credit to your company and we will definitely recommend, especially asking for andrea and use this company again. Enquired about new car on Sunday took them 3 days to get back to myself promised me on the Friday that the salesman would ring me back. it it now Saturday and this salesman still has not rang me back. I thought JLR was meant be be a premium retailer. Absolutely useless
