        Phoned the company asking some general questions for information regarding the site for access and lost pallet, got through to two women. Both women need some skills on communication. The second lady was clearly sitting on a broom. "I won't be answering any of your questions goodbye" Perhaps she knows she's getting coal this Christmas with her abysmal attitude to potential customers. I'd definitely consider using another company for all of your consumer needs. Manners cost nothing.
