Similar to other reviews, I submitted a claim for barely 49 for dentist and have not been paid. This company cannot be trusted. Please give yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. They do not fulfil their contractual obligations. just AVOID

Despite declaring the reimbursement should take few days in reality they take months. My last claim is still under review and I will update this when I will see the end. For now pretty poor experience.

Really poor, amateurish service. I made a claim to reimburse a dentist appointment and at the time of writing this it's been a month and a half since I made the claim which I still haven't received despite being told that my claim has been approved. I've tried calling and emailing on multiple occasions for updates but their customer service team has been useless. Every time get I touch with someone I always seem to get told something contradictory to what I was told the last time. Avoid using them unless you want to get scammed.
