        I had my first session today and I really enjoyed it, Sophie was the instructor and she does a fantastic job. Everyone makes you feel really welcome and pushes you which is great.

        Really positive experience, after loosing my confidence and fitness levels. I struggled to walk back into a gym environment, staff and members made me feel welcome. It was an enjoyable experience and I left feeling really positive. I hope they can help me regain what Ive lost. Thank you!
