        Friendly gym, friendly and approachable staff. Nothings a problem for them and they are happy to help with any questions you may have about working out or certain machines in general! Well kept, staff are always on top of keeping the place clean!

        Decent gym but very claustrophobic as its tight inside. Morning workouts are no good as for some bizarre reason members hog the machines for what seems like a 100 sets. Staff are friendly which is the only plus point
