        Love this place! Don't feel intimidated by other users, the building is really cool so ou don't overheat, and it's cheap and cheerful. The staff service is out of this world. They spend lots of time (hours!) with you helping you reach your goals. Perfect for terrified gym novices like me. Highly recommend for all ages.

        I this place, so unusual with its Egyptian art, high ceilings and large windows to view the sky. A range of machines, sauna and my favorite a toning tables room. It's not crowded so a relaxing environment to exercise and chill out. Way fabulous
